The Ethiopia is one of the few countries where coffee grows spontaneously. Represents the first country in Africa with greater exports and consumption of this product. The various internal political conflicts have created many problems on the ability to produce high quality coffee. In recent years, however, that the situation is setting.

In eastern Ethiopia, coffee is growing at about 1500 meters of altitude in the fields of farmers. Is used for cultivating the dry method. The properties of the drink is to have a sweet taste and a high acidity.
